we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority,
we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process
transactions and provide our services.

Our Refund Policy:
In cases where you have
purchased information provided for Lost or Misplaced Title Processing, do to the
fact that this information is quite detailed and simple in nature and is
delivered via internet, REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE MADE TO THOSE CUSTOMERS WHO CAN
PROVE, THROUGH AN OFFICIAL STATE LETTER OF REJECTIONS, THAT THEIR TRANSACTION
COULD NOT BE COMPLETED BY USE OF THESE PROCEDURES. THE OFFICIAL STATE LETTER OF
REJECTIONS MUST SPECIFY WHAT PROCEDURES ARE TO BE FOLLOWED AND MUST NOT BE
CLOSELY RELATED IN ANY WAY TO INFORMATION FOUND IN THE EGUIDE.
In cases where we have been hired to perform a service on your behalf.
Once transactions have been completed there will be no refund. Any and all remaining balance of our service fee
must be paid in full prior to the time of delivery. If payment in full is not
made prior to time of delivery, or within 12 hours there of; your transaction may
face cancellation with no refund of court fees or initial service fee deposits,
if any.
In cases where we have been hired to perform a
service on your behalf. If you wish to cancel your transaction prior to
its completion, court fees may be refunded. However, any deposits or payments made will not
be refunded and will go to cover the cost of any paperwork so far processed.
